MPS Members,

I'm happy to announce that the summer Shades of Pastel Newsletter is now on our website at:www.marylandpastelsociety.com.  The newsletter includes highlights of our upcoming meeting (see below), an article on the Susan Ogilvie workshop, and a wonderful article on our featured artist -- Deb Maklowski.

Thanks so much to Lynn Goldstein for her hard work in putting this and past newsletters together.  Lynn is resigning from her position and the board is considering various ways of going forward.  You will be hearing more, but for now, please join me in thanking Lynn for all of her hard work.

Our next meeting will be from 12-4 on Saturday July 26th at the Glenwood Community Center (see directions in the newsletter). This meeting will be a critique session, similar to the one we held last summer. So plan on bringing those problem pieces with you to get help from your colleagues. And don't forget those food donations!
